Shipping & Returns
We will be fulfilling orders as quickly as possible but shipping might take longer than usual until further notice due to COVID-19 precautions.
Orders will be fulfilled within each 14 day cycle. Upon purchase, check your inbox for updates. This does not include delivery time.
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before payment. Once an order has gone through, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled if it has already been shipped.
We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If you did not pay for tracking we unfortunately are unable to assist with lost or damaged orders.
If you've chosen and payed for shipping with tracking and are having issues with your delivery please contact the postal service outlined on your invoice.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
This will vary depending on each order, and the chosen shipping service.
Pick Up Policy
If you choose a pick-up option for delivery, it is the buyers responsibility to show up at the agreed time.
After purchase you will receive a follow up email providing you with pick-up availability. If the buyer fails to show up twice, buyer will not receive the order and is not eligible for a refund.
If you are running late for a pick-up or need to reschedule please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
We take your privacy seriously and will not sell, share, or forward your info to any third parties.
At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. Sorry for the inconvenience.
All shea and black soap based products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
